What Can I Do About Defective and Incorrect Items?
Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 30 days of your purchase. By defective we mean items which have stains or blemishes caused during the manufacturing or packaging process, sewing or manufacturing flaws, missing or broken clips, fasteners, etc. If you have any more questions, please email us at sales@rivendellgnomes.com.
By incorrect we mean items of incorrect size not specified in the original order.
We will replace the defective and incorrect items at no additional cost. If the defective or incorrect item(s) is out of stock or no longer available we will refund the item(s) or offer store credit.
Please be aware the editing and lighting of photos and different browser settings on different devices may display some colors in lighter or darker shades than originally observed. If you have any more questions, please email us at sales@rivendellgnomes.com.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No - an account is optional, however we suggest you create one to make your checkout quicker and easier. It will also provide features to visually monitor your shipment and delivery. If you have any more questions, please email us at sales@rivendellgnomes.com.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items displayed are in stock. Colors and sizes not available will be marked as sold out and can't be added to cart. If you have any more questions, please email us at sales@rivendellgnomes.com.
I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. is it sold out or gone?
If an item is taken down from our website, most likely that item will not be returning. Items that are sold out will be marked as sold out and still appear on out website. If you have any more questions, please email us at sales@rivendellgnomes.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Is my credit and personal information going to be protected on your site?
Your online security is a concern for us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information. We do not sell any of our information to third party applications. If you have any more questions, please email us at sales@rivendellgnomes.com.
I have made an online purchase but I have not received a conformation email.
Emails from us can normally take 1-2 days depending on when you purchased your order. If it has been over three days, and you have not received an email from us providing conformation and shipping information, please email us at support@rivendellgnomes.com
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship domestically to the U.S but will hopefully offer international shipping soon.
What happens if I never receive my order?

Do you ship to Post Office boxes?
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
We only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?
We try to deliver within a few business days. Average delivery time can range between 3-16 days depending on circumstance and shipping prices. How long will it take to receive my order?
When placing an order, you have several options to specify your delivery time frame. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days then shipped out to you. All goods purchased on numagirls.com will receive a tracking number that will be sent to the email address on your order. Delays can be caused if you live in rural area, if you change your order, if an item is unavailable, if your address is invalid and cannot be standardized by shipping couriers, etc.
(Please note, we cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the shipping companies provide us with the delivery estimates).
Delivery Address
Please provide an address where you will be physically present during office hours and Saturday. Some carriers requires a signature upon receipt. We will notify you in advance if signature is required.
Should no one be present at delivery destination to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the package will be taken to your local post office or freight depot.
